Since inspection the Rural Development Association, BamonKampu Makha Leikai had organized cultural development programme different places of Manipur and aboard. The main objective of the programme is to preserve and promotion of traditional Manipur rare culture. The organisation also working in Thang-Ta, Pung Cholom, Dance etc at daily class with three nos. of instruction to teach young artistes different forms and also the organisation has organized many seminar/workshop, production, dance drama, completion etc. under the supervision of Art and Culture, Song and Drama division and north east zone cultural centre etc.
